Shipping Policy

Mounted Packages

Generally leave our facility in approximately 10 to 15 business days.

Unmounted Orders

Unmounted packages, wheels, tires, and most other items generally ship in 1 to 5 business days.

Freight Delivery

Mounted wheel and tire packages ship by truck freight and require a signature.

Order Updates

Tracking is emailed after shipment. Multiple items may ship separately.

Shipping And Delivery Info

Mounted and balanced packages generally leave our facility in approximately 10 to 15 business days due to high volume. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Mounting and balancing is a free option that we provide. Due to the high volume of customers selecting this option, it takes time.

Orders are mounted and balanced in the order they are received by order date.

If you need your order quicker, please contact us and have us ship it unmounted. You will be emailed as soon as the order ships.

Some products have to transfer in, which may require additional time to ship.

Unmounted packages, wheels, or tires generally ship within 1 to 5 business days.

If you ordered anything else, including wheels, tires, lift kits, or other items that are not mounted and balanced, they normally leave us within 1 to 5 business days.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. We are working as fast as possible to get everyone their orders. Mounting, balancing, and packaging takes time. Thank you for your patience.

Your mounted wheel and tire package will ship truck freight with a signature required and should arrive strapped and shrink wrapped.

Any damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Duallys Only immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

By ordering products, you have authorized Duallys Only to charge your payment information for an amount equal to the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.

Due to a very high volume of sales, our inventory changes by the minute. If we have inventory issues, we will notify you with a time frame to fill the order or other product options. We will text, call, or email you if we have any questions or concerns.

Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@duallysonly.com or call us at (980) 444-2647 Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@duallysonly.com as soon as possible.

You will receive another email when your order ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages from separate locations.

We have over 23 years of experience in the tire and wheel industry, and our staff is ready to assist you with your vehicle modifications. Shipments

Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information. We use multiple carriers to cover our shipping needs. Some items will ship ground and others will ship by truck freight.

All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically call or email at least 24 hours in advance to set up a delivery appointment.

All ground shipments will be sent no signature required unless you paid for signature required at the time of order. We will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company shows the product has been delivered.

Refusal of any shipment other than because of damage will result in a minimum 20% restocking fee. The customer agrees to be liable for initial shipping costs to the customer if refused.

Duallys Only will not be held liable for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped and is in transit. There is no compensation made by Duallys Only to consumers due to delays during transit, shipping appointment delays, no shows due to unforeseen circumstances, or weather related delays.

Not being available to receive and sign for a scheduled freight delivery will have fees associated with redelivery.

If you used certain financing or leasing to acquire your order, you cannot change the shipping address from what is on your finance or lease.

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to a set of four or more wheels or tires. If you order a single wheel or tire, you will have to pay shipping charges to have the item shipped to your requested address. Free shipping does not apply to any other products except wheels and tires, and only in sets of four or more.

Return And Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the unused products you ordered, you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, except for any product that has been discontinued or is a special ordered product such as a mounted and balanced wheel and tire package, forged wheels, or custom painted wheels. These items are non-returnable.

Fit check wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires on wheels. You mount them, you own them.

There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned items, as well as shipping costs Duallys Only incurred to ship to you. Please contact us prior to returning any items at (980) 444-2647.

All shipping charges incurred on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be in new condition and in original packaging for an exchange or return to take place.

We recommend that you buy insurance to cover the full amount of the products being returned. If a product is returned in any condition except new, then an exchange or refund will not be issued and the items will be returned at the buyer's expense.

If an error is made on the shipment, please contact our office immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. We will not expedite any products due to improper manufacturer packaging or if products are damaged during shipping.

Cancellations
  1. Any order cancelled after it has been placed will incur a minimum $100.00 order cancellation fee. This does not apply to wheel and tire packages. See below for wheel and tire package cancellations.
  2. Any customer who requests to cancel an order after it has been placed, prepared for shipping, or shipped will be charged a minimum of $100.00 up to 20% of the order total for processing, handling, or restocking fees. This does not apply to any specially ordered or custom-built products, such as forged wheels or custom-painted wheels. These orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

You acknowledge that if you order a custom built product consisting of wheels and tires mounted and balanced from Duallys Only, the order is non-cancellable once you make payment. By making payment in any form to Duallys Only, you accept these conditions. In short, wheel and tire package orders where you select the option to have us mount and balance cannot be cancelled.

Why am I charged a cancellation fee?

When you place an order with us by phone, website, or in person, we pay employees to process these orders, handle data entry, and issue refunds. Many products have to be ordered in, which can create shipping charges. If the product is returned back to the vendor, we may also have restocking fees from the manufacturers. These fees add up very quickly.

What if I need to cancel because I wrecked my vehicle, traded in my vehicle, someone stole my vehicle, my spouse or partner found out, or I lost my job?

Our policy still applies.

Changing An Order

Any order that has been changed due to the customer's request will be charged a minimum $100.00 order change fee. This does not apply to special ordered products such as forged wheels and custom painted wheels. These orders are unchangeable and non-cancellable.

Why am I being charged to change my order?

We incur charges on almost every product brought into our facility. If an order is changed, we have paid fees on the original product and potentially the new product to complete the shipment. We also have to pay our employees to take care of the additional paperwork and handling of the product.

Wheel Returns And Exchanges

Only wheels that have not been mounted with tires, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee.

The installer must test fit each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is non-returnable.

Our return form must be accompanied with all returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Purchase insurance on the return shipping.

We pay the costs to ship the order to you, and we pay employees to process and prepare the order.

Tire Returns And Exchanges

Only tires that have not been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. Tires must have the manufacturer sticker intact.

There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns and exchanges. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee. Our return form must be accompanied with all returns and exchanges before credit is given.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange to pick up any returns.

Tire And Wheel Fitment

Duallys Only is not responsible for any wheel or tire width or height regulations in your state or any federal law. You are responsible for checking any local or federal laws before purchasing. By purchasing anything from Duallys Only, you assume all liability of installing products that will violate your local or federal laws pertaining to vehicle height, width, bumper height, or headlight height.

Some vehicle applications may require additional modifications to allow for proper fitment, such as suspension changes or spacers to allow wheels to clear brake components.

Tires listed may be of a lower load rating than factory specifications. If you have a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck, a 125Q tire rating or more is recommended. By purchasing this tire, you assume all liability for use at your discretion.

Due to the ever-changing design of vehicles and wheels, we cannot guarantee fitment of certain center caps on vehicles older than 10 years from today's date. If you have an older truck or SUV with manual hubs or large rear hubs, please contact us about fit.

In certain instances, center cap clearance can be achieved by using wheel spacers. Manual hub vehicles may need to cut the center of the cap out to access hubs. Center caps are not designed to cover manual hub trucks or SUVs.

Tire And Wheel Package Returns

Mounted wheel and tire packages are non-returnable. If Duallys Only shipped it mounted and balanced to you, it is non-returnable.

Lifted Vehicles

Duallys Only is not liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has a modified ride height. We can only recommend fitment per application. Duallys Only suggests following the tire and wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of the lift kit on your vehicle.

Shipping Damage

Standard shipping damage: Duallys Only insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. If your merchandise is damaged, either refuse it or sign for it as damaged, then notify us immediately.

Custom built forged wheels will be repaired in most cases if they arrive damaged.

Truck freight shipping damage: Wheel and tire packages ship truck freight on pallets. Every pallet is strapped and shrink wrapped. Please remove and inspect all pieces of the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and then contact us about the shipment.

Defective Or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, notify Duallys Only immediately before mounting wheels to tires or any product to the vehicle. We will work with you to get the product replaced in the most efficient manner possible.

If you have a defective product, please call us at (980) 444-2647 and email pictures of the issue to info@duallysonly.com.

The defective replacement procedure is: the customer pays for the replacement product, and we ship it to you. You have the product swapped out with the replacement. If it is a wheel, put the defective wheel in the new replacement wheel box with the proper packaging inside the box. We will arrange pickup of the defective product. Once this product is received back to us, we will issue the refund for the replacement product sent to you.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or cancellation of payment for merchandise ordered from Duallys Only is strictly prohibited. In this case, the customer will be liable for all return shipping, product replacement costs, Duallys Only employee time involved, and any and all attorney fees Duallys Only incurs associated with retrieving our funds or merchandise.

By selecting the terms and conditions agreement box at checkout, a binding contract is formed between Duallys Only and the customer making the purchase. The customer agrees to all terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you are ordering a custom built product from Duallys Only that is a non-cancellable order once you make payment. By making payment to Duallys Only, you accept these conditions.

Warranties

Duallys Only follows all manufacturer warranty policies. If you feel you have a product that falls under a manufacturer's warranty, take photos of the product and email them to info@duallysonly.com.

Duallys Only will not be responsible for any tire or wheel replacement that you purchase that is not load rated for the year, make, and model of your vehicle. Each tire on our website strictly states that tires listed may be of a lower load rating than factory specifications. If you have a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck, a 125Q tire rating or more is recommended. By purchasing this tire, you assume all liability for use at your discretion.

Important

Duallys Only is not responsible for installation of product. Verification that all merchandise has been received is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some products ship from separate locations, including lug nuts, center caps, and accessories. Under no circumstances is Duallys Only responsible for any labor or incidental charges, including those related to warranty, defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Pricing Errors

Order acceptance and cancellation: You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

Prices and payment terms: All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping is free for all orders to the 48 contiguous states and, for a fee, to the non-contiguous states and international orders. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.

We strive to display accurate price information. However, we may occasionally make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

Through this internet privacy statement, we want to reassure users of the site that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this internet privacy statement.

Duallys Only collects information from users of the site at several different points on the site.
