These terms explain how Duallys Only orders are accepted, processed, shipped, delivered, changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged, and supported after purchase.

Order Agreement

By placing an order, you agree that your order details, fitment information, payment, shipping information, and product selections are accurate.

Fitment Responsibility

Confirm the year, make, model, chassis, bolt pattern, wheel size, tire size, and vehicle setup before installing any product.

Delivery Terms

Mounted packages ship by truck freight, require a signature, and must be inspected at delivery before signing.

Duallys Only sells dually wheels, tires, mounted wheel and tire packages, accessories, and related products for heavy-duty trucks. These terms apply to purchases made through www.duallysonly.com and are intended to work together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and product-page fitment notes.

Order Acceptance And Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products and services listed in your checkout. Duallys Only may accept, review, hold, cancel, or contact you about an order at our discretion.

By ordering, you authorize Duallys Only to charge your selected payment method for the purchase total, applicable taxes, and any shipping or handling charges shown at checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotions, inventory availability, product descriptions, and product specifications can change without notice. If a pricing, inventory, description, or availability error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the issue and cancel or adjust affected orders.

Inventory And Product Availability

Inventory can change quickly because wheels, tires, packages, and accessories may sell through, transfer from other locations, or become unavailable from suppliers.

If an item becomes unavailable or delayed after purchase, Duallys Only may contact you by text, phone, or email with timing, replacement options, or other available solutions.

Some products require transfer time before they can ship. Transfer time can add to the normal processing window.

Fitment, Installation And Vehicle Setup

Fitment is the customer’s responsibility before installation. Confirm your truck year, make, model, trim, chassis, bolt pattern, hub setup, front wheel requirements, rear wheel requirements, tire clearance, suspension setup, brake clearance, and intended use before ordering or installing.

Dually fitment can be different from single-rear-wheel truck fitment. Front wheels, inner rear wheels, outer rear wheels, offset, adapters, spacers, lug hardware, hub clearance, valve stems, TPMS, tire size, and suspension changes may affect what fits.

Fit check wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires. Once tires are mounted or products are installed, the items are considered used and may not qualify for return or exchange.

Any lift kit, leveling kit, trimming, alignment, tire pressure, load capacity, rubbing, clearance, towing, hauling, or installer-related issue must be reviewed before use. Duallys Only is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation, vehicle modification, improper fitment confirmation, improper torque, improper tire pressure, altered suspension, or unsafe use.

Processing And Shipping Timelines

Mounted and balanced wheel and tire packages generally leave our facility in approximately 10 to 15 business days due to volume and build time. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Mounting and balancing is a free option offered by Duallys Only. Orders are built in the order they are received by order date.

Unmounted packages, wheels, tires, and most non-mounted items generally ship in approximately 1 to 5 business days, unless transfer time or product availability requires additional processing.

Tracking is emailed after shipment. If an order contains multiple items, those items may ship separately from separate locations.

Freight, Delivery And Inspection

Mounted wheel and tire packages normally ship by truck freight and require a signature at delivery. Freight packages should arrive strapped and shrink wrapped.

A freight carrier may contact you before delivery to schedule an appointment. Missed freight appointments, redelivery, refused shipments, or unavailable recipients can create additional fees.

Inspect the shipment before signing. Any damage, missing items, or shortage must be written on the bill of lading at delivery. Notify the carrier and Duallys Only immediately and keep a signed copy of the bill of lading.

Duallys Only is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, delivery appointment delays, freight no-shows, or transit delays after the shipment has left our facility.

Free Shipping And Shipping Addresses

Free shipping applies only to sets of four or more wheels or tires unless otherwise stated. Single wheels, single tires, and other products may require shipping charges.

Free shipping does not automatically apply to every product category. Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout or communicated by Duallys Only.

If financing or leasing is used for an order, the shipping address may not be changed from the approved finance or lease address.

Returns And Exchanges

Unused eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Items must be new, unused, unmounted, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

Mounted and balanced wheel and tire packages, forged wheels, custom-painted wheels, discontinued items, special-order items, and custom-built products are non-returnable unless Duallys Only determines otherwise.

Approved returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, plus any shipping costs incurred by Duallys Only. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Products returned in a condition other than new may be refused, returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense, or excluded from refund or exchange.

Cancellations

Any order cancelled after it has been placed may incur a minimum $100 cancellation fee. Orders that have been prepared, processed, mounted, balanced, shipped, specially ordered, custom built, forged, custom painted, or otherwise committed to fulfillment may be subject to fees up to 20% of the order total or may be non-cancellable.

Wheel and tire package cancellations are handled differently because mounted and balanced packages require labor, parts allocation, tire mounting, balancing, packaging, and freight preparation. Once that process begins, cancellation may not be available.

Custom-built, forged, special-order, and custom-painted products are non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.

Warranties And Product Support

Manufacturer warranties, when available, are controlled by the manufacturer. Duallys Only may help guide customers through available warranty steps, but warranty approval, denial, replacement, or repair is determined by the manufacturer or applicable supplier.

Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, incorrect fitment, improper vehicle setup, overloading, road hazards, neglect, racing, off-road use, altered products, or normal wear may not qualify for warranty support.

Returns, Forms And Communication

Contact Duallys Only before returning any product. A return may require prior approval, instructions, photos, documentation, and a completed return form.

Site Use, Privacy And Communications

By using www.duallysonly.com, submitting forms, creating an account, placing an order, entering a promotion, or contacting Duallys Only, you may provide contact, order, vehicle, payment, shipping, and communication information needed to process requests and support purchases.

Duallys Only may use customer information to process orders, contact customers, provide tracking, resolve delivery issues, support returns or exchanges, send service updates, send marketing messages, review site activity, improve the shopping experience, and protect against fraud or misuse.

We may work with payment processors, delivery companies, suppliers, marketing platforms, and other service providers when necessary to process orders, fulfill shipments, operate the website, or provide requested services.

Users may opt out of promotional emails when unsubscribe options are provided. Site visitors may also manage cookies and advertising preferences through their browser or applicable third-party tools.

Duallys Only does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Customers placing orders represent that they are adults or otherwise authorized to complete the purchase.

Duallys Only may update these Terms & Conditions, related policies, product information, pricing, shipping timelines, or site content at any time. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after updates means the current terms apply.
